Ninko Paic (1955), Miodrag Vulic (1959), Milanka Stojkovic (1952) and Radovan Bulatovic (1930) were kidnapped in Kosovo towns of Istok, Vucitrn and Pec.
The coordinator of the Association of Families of Kidnapped and Missing Persons from Kosovo and Metohija, Milorad Trifunovic, told Tanjug that the families are not satisfied with the pace at which light was being shed on the fate of kidnapped and missing persons, and pointed out that the fate of 1,798 people has still not been revelead, including 537 Serbs and other non-Albanians.
The remains were handed in front of the Serbian government building in the presence of Suzana Matejic, a member of the working group for missing persons, Vesna Boskovic from the Commission on Mission Persons and Alan Robinson, the co-head of EULEX' Department of Forensic Medicine.
Least 10 more bodies that had been identified would be
transfered soon.
It is important to remember there are still 1,790 people yet to be found, Robinson pointed out. The issue of missing persons is complex and sensitive, and EULEX and DFM will continue their intensive activities to find out the fate of as many missing persons as possible, said Alan Robinson EULEX Co-Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine. Robinson said.
